The Restorative Care Program was introduced to assist each chronic care/ALC patient to achieve
and maintain his/her highest level of self-care and independence. Each chronic care/ALC patient
receives the supervision and assistance necessary to promote their independence and to maintain
or improve their daily living functioning according to their individually assessed abilities,
wishes and preferences.
