Upon admission day the Admission Personnel will discuss with the resident and/or the family member the services which
are available upon request to best accommodate their needs. The actual costs will also be provided at this time.
Following is a list of these services:
- preferred accommodation (private room)
- hairdressing and barber services
- monthly fees for cable rental
- telephone system
- dry cleaning
- vending machine
- mending and ironing
- non-prescription drugs, medication, treatment products and supplies not covered by the Ontario Government Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies
- dental care e.g. dentures
- vision care e.g. glasses
- hearing care e.g. hearing aid and batteries
- incontinence supplies e.g. Attends
- newspaper delivery
