The MICs partnership is unique. The MICs Hospitals entered into partnership to
share resources and maintain a high level of care in each community. However the
partnership is not a melting pot. Each hospital still has their own Board of
Directors and is funded independently form the other hospitals. Our structure
has successfully maintained the identity of the individual hospitals.
