The MICs Foundation Coordinator will play an integral role in all aspects of the day-to-day operation and success of the Foundation. Reporting to the CEO of the MICs Group of Health Services, the Foundation Coordinator has a wide range of responsibilities focused on fundraising initiatives to generate fundraising revenue for the organization’s overall mission and community engagement.
This position is for a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. This opportunity is proudly supported by Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation and is funded through the Workforce Development Program.

- New entrants into the workforce, transitioning to a new career, or unemployed/underemployed individuals entering a new field
- Have not previously participated in a NOHFC-funded internship
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Reside in and are legally entitled to work in Canada
The terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with the MICs Group of Health Services’ policies and procedures.
Compensation
- Rate of pay: $28.18 / hour
- Paid vacation and benefit coverage
- Eligibility to enroll in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP)
