Outbreak Declared at SCM

Attention Long-Term Care Visitors

An outbreak has been declared at South Centennial Manor. 

South Centennial Manor will have the following measures in place for visitors:

• Masking is required for all visitors.
• Visitors are restricted to B wing Essential Caregivers at this time.
• Visitors experiencing infectious symptoms are not to visit the home.  If you are not feeling well, please postpone your visit.
• Please ensure to follow all hand washing procedures in place.
