The MICs Group of Health Services is seeking a dynamic and innovative NP Palliative Care Lead. Reporting to the MICs Chief Nursing Officer, the NP Palliative Care Lead is responsible for providing clinical support to nursing Team Members and Clinicians as well as direct patient care at all three sites: Bingham Memorial Hospital, Anson General Hospital and Lady Minto Hospital.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Practitioner, Extended Class, with current College of Nurses of Ontario registration, without restrictions
- Minimum 5 years recent and relevant clinical experience in both palliative and acute care
- Superior leadership and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in providing high-quality palliative care
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and to function in both leadership and collaborative roles
Compensation:
- Rate of Pay: $57.24 – $63.19 / hour
- Paid Vacation & Benefit Coverage
- Enroll in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan
