Admitting & Reception
The admitting/reception offices are located in the front lobby. When presenting for medical services, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- A valid OHIP card
- Details of any other insurance (i.e. semi-private, private room coverage)
- Name of relative or next-of-kin who can be reached conveniently
- Patients admitted because of Worker’s Compensation will require a claim number, as well as the employer’s name and address.
