Board Meetings

The MICs Board of Directors meets monthly except for July, August and December. All board meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held in the MICs boardrooms and via MS Teams.

Minutes must be approved by the Board of Directors the following month before they can be posted on the website. Therefore, it can take from one to two months for minutes to be posted depending on whether or not there is a meeting the following month.
