temporary full-Time (18 months)

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Master of Science in Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Post-graduate experience preferred
  • ADP certification preferred  
  • Excellent knowledge of orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, neurological and geriatric conditions
  • Current certificate in basic CPR considered an asset
  • Ministry of Labour Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training Certificate
  • Proficiency using standard business computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Demonstrated pattern of excellent attendance
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Bilingualism preferred (French, English)
  • Must be physically able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, lifting and transferring using proper/safe body mechanics
  • A satisfactory criminal record check will be required by the successful candidate as a condition of employment.
