South Centennial Manor Redevelopment Update The construction tender process closed on December 12, 2024, with only two submissions. Unfortunately, both bids exceeded the Class A estimate by 43% ($45 million budget), which was not unexpected given rising construction costs and limited labour availability. To address this, our architects issued a post-addendum tender for “value engineering,” requesting the two contractors to identify potential cost savings.
